We offer discounted pricing to bookstores, libraries, book distributors, conferences, and special events where our titles will be resold. ​Individuals buyers must purchase books at retail price.

 

We reserve the right to confirm information about any reseller ordering through this form, and to cancel and refund any order that does not qualify for discounted pricing. 

 

​Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment. Most books will arrive in 7-10 business days from your order date. If you require books immediately or for a particular event date, please let me know in the email correspondence.

Tax Exemption is available for books delivered to a Reservation. Canadian orders pay 5% GST for orders not delivered to a Reservation.
